Do the gemstones come with laboratory certificates?
Yes, every gemstone is accompanied by an official gemological identification report from trusted laboratories such as LGL GemLab, confirming identity, measurements, weight, and treatment status.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping via EMF takes between 14 to 21 business days to deliver to your location.
What are the international shipping fees?
A flat shipping charge of $50 USD applies via EMF for orders valued under $1,000 USD. Orders above $1,000 USD qualify for free insured express shipping.
Will I have to pay local import duties or taxes?
Import duties, VAT, or local taxes assessed by your destination country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window upon receipt of your package. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and sent back with all original lab certificates and packaging.
