Shipping Policy
- Delivery Timeframe: International shipments typically take 14 to 21 business days to arrive from the dispatch date.
- Shipping Charges (Orders under $1,000 USD): A flat standard shipping fee of $50 USD applies via EMF for orders below $1,000 USD.
- Free Shipping: Complimentary fully insured express shipping is provided for high-value orders over $1,000 USD.
- Tracking & Insurance: All gemstone shipments are fully insured during transit and provided with a live tracking link upon dispatch.
Return & Refund Policy
- 14-Day Inspection Window: You may initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn state and accompanied by all original lab certificates (e.g., LGL GemLab), security tags, and luxury packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
